An Introduction

Is it just me or being a Foodie is kind of a fad these days? Maybe I am being sucked in by this fad or maybe not. There are countless of foodie bloggers nowadays, but I do not intend to waste my precious time to be one of the thousands. I'm sure the other blogger did not create their blogs thinking this is a productive way to waste their time! Whatever their reasons might be, I will not get into that debate. It is none of my businesses.

Anyways, most of you are wondering if you should even read the rest of my blog or just forget it! I'm here to sort of convince you to continue following this blog. I'm not just your average foodie. I obtained my Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2007, worked for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program for two and a half years, and currently four weeks away from completing my dietetic internship.

As a future Registered Dietitian (the nutrition expert!), you should take advantage of my opinion while it is still free! That was snobbish right? I was just kidding to catch your attention of course. I have a lot of personal opinions about nutrition and food; and this blog was the perfect medium to share my opinions. I am a very compassionate being and have only three goals for my blog.

  1. To help you see a glimpse of what I see as the nutrition expert
  2. To casually educate you guys about nutrition (stuff you may or may not already know)
  3. Ultimately, to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle
Is that compelling enough?
